The history of Everett, MA is marked with heavy industry. It is currently home to the Mystic Power Plans, a 2,200 MW facility that provides power to a large portion of New England. Sea level threatens to flood this structure within 50 years, so the goal of this proposal is to rehouse the existing program. Our new design and construction phasing gleans the existing contaminated soil, accommodates for potential future use of the building, and ultimately revitalizes the surrounding neighborhoods of Everett.
